The LA Forum is very pleased to announce the winner of the LINER competition, Oyler Wu Collaborative. The winning team was selected from a shortlist of three teams that included F-Lab and Kuth Ranieri Architects.

Thank you to each of the design teams who participated in the First Round of L.A. Forum's Liner Competition. As Juror Quinyun Ma commented, the ideas presented open the way to a wide-ranging, free-wheeling discussion about small urban spaces on the boulevard and in the city.

The first round jury met on Saturday, May 24th, to review the submissions. The results of the jury deliberations are as follows:
