The LA Forum accepts student and intern participation to assist with lectures, exhibitions and other events. Working with the Forum exposes students and young professionals to our broad range of programming as well as to our network of board members, who are active in the professional and academic fields of architecture,  urban design, art, and other design and related fields.  Participation is rewarded with volunteer memberships and/or free admission to some paid events, depending on amount of time contributed.  The Forum regularly engages students and interns to participate as:

• Event docents (set-up, selling admission and membership, etc.)
• Exhibition docents
• Exhibition installers
• Administrative assistants

We are currently looking into the possibility of having intern work done for the Forum be eligible for credit through the California IDP program for architectural licensing – please inquire at the email below.
