Housed within the historic 1939 Venice Post Office, a WPA-era landmark, The Lighthouse is the first dedicated campus designed specifically for creators. The project redefines what a workspace can be—fusing historical preservation with contemporary innovation to support a new generation of creative professionals and entrepreneurs.
By reimagining a landmark site as a living ecosystem for the creative economy, The Lighthouse offers a dynamic setting for experimentation, connectivity, and expression—embodying the future of work for the Creator Generation.
During the tour, Nathan Warkentin, Principal of Warkentin Associates will discuss how The Lighthouse’s spatial strategies support collaboration, innovation, and community within the fast-evolving creative landscape.
Please note: For the privacy and comfort of The Lighthouse community, visitors are asked to refrain from taking or posting photos or videos of individuals without their consent. Photography of the space and surroundings is welcome.
Space is limited — RSVP soon to join this inside look at one of Los Angeles’s most forward-thinking creative environments.
Street parking, metered parking, and lots are available near The Lighthouse campus.
