Please join the Los Angeles Forum for Architecture and Urban Design for a special tour of The Lighthouse, a pioneering creative campus by interior architecture and design firm Warkentin Associates located just one block from the Venice Beach Boardwalk.
Housed within the historic 1939 Venice Post Office, a WPA-era landmark, The Lighthouse is the first dedicated campus designed specifically for creators. The project redefines what a workspace can be—fusing historical preservation with contemporary innovation to support a new generation of creative professionals and entrepreneurs.
By reimagining a landmark site as a living ecosystem for the creative economy, The Lighthouse offers a dynamic setting for experimentation, connectivity, and expression—embodying the future of work for the Creator Generation.
During the tour, Nathan Warkentin, Principal of Warkentin Associates will discuss how The Lighthouse’s spatial strategies support collaboration, innovation, and community within the fast-evolving creative landscape.
